The Montagu museum is housed in the old Mission Church in Long
Street. It was erected in 1907. The history of Montagu is depicted by
way of documents, photographs, consumer articles and furniture. The
Mission Church was built by Charles Roberts and Christiaan Nothling
Museum hours are Monday to Friday: 9.00 – 17.00 and Saturday and
