The museum, situated in the Main Road of
Bonnievale, was first started by Mr. Daantjie le
Roux. Being a born collector, he initially kept
the items at his farm. When he sold the farm
he decided to share his passion with the
world and moved the museum to the town. His
daughter, Rozitha, took over the management
of the museum after his death and established
a most unique museum cafè.
